Welcome to the enchanted lagoon where strawberries grow wild, pink poppies stretch to the sky, and faeries inhabit the tall oaks. Each day in the last hours of sunlight, mermaids swim up into the shallows of the lagoon to bask in the colourful rays, and to tease the faeries lounging on the surface.

I’ve been working on this in between projects for a while and was so hesitant to add colour, but I’m glad I did. I think I’d like to explore more of this enchanted world!
